Employee clocking map
sBizzl introduces a dynamic feature allowing the display of multiple employee clocking locations on an interactive map. This functionality offers real-time insights into workforce whereabouts, enhancing visibility, and facilitating efficient management of employee activities across various locations.
With role-based permissions granted by administrators, sBizzl displays an interactive map of employee clocking locations.
Clocking map
- Navigate to Time > Clocking.
Below display the clocking map screen.
With permission, display the clocking map for all employees. Without permission, display the clocking detail map for the specific employee only.

- Clocking Map Section
- The clocking map visually showcases employee clocking locations, offering a clear and interactive overview for efficient workforce tracking and management.
- Employee clocking locations are represented by unique location icons, with each icon displaying the respective employee's abbreviated name for quick identification on the map.
- When hovering over an icon, the employee's full name is displayed.
- When an employee is clocked in, the icon is displayed in green, indicating an active work status.
- If an employee is on a break, the icon turns yellow, signaling a temporary absence from work duties.
- In case an employee forgets to clock out, the icon changes to red, highlighting the oversight and prompting timely action as shown below.
- The map offers zoom functionality through on screen + and - buttons, as well as mouse scrolling, allowing users to adjust the view for detailed exploration and navigation.
- Clicking on a specific employee icon redirects users to their detailed screen.
- In the Employee List section, the names of all employees, along with their clocking date-time and specific shift timezones, are displayed, providing detailed tracking and management insights.
- When an employee clocks in via the mobile app, the respective mobile OS icon (Android or iOS) is displayed. Additionally, location permission and precise location icons appear based on the granted access for enhanced tracking.
- Below each employee's name, the clocking date is displayed if they have clocked in. If not, Not Clocked In is shown, providing clear status information at a glance.
- The icon color indicates the employee's status: green for clocked in, yellow for on a break, and red if they forgot to clock out, offering quick visual cues for monitoring.

The employee clocking detail screen showcases specific details, including the employee's movement between locations during their shift. This feature provides a dynamic view of their activities, enhancing transparency and allowing for precise tracking of their movements throughout the workday.

- The clocking detail screen visualizes the path of an employee's movement from one location to another within their work period, using location icons to represent each point.
- The clocking detail screen illustrates an employee's movement between locations during break periods, using cup icons to mark each point, providing a distinct and recognizable display of their break activities.
- The clocking detail screen showcases an employee's transitions between locations during deal or project task work periods, using deal/project icons to indicate each point, offering a specialized view of their task-related movements.
- When a user hovers over a specific point on the clocking detail screen, it displays the corresponding work period name and its respective time.
- Users can select and change the displayed employee name to view specific details and activities associated with that particular employee on the clocking detail screen as shown below.

- Clicking on the employee dropdown reveals a list of employees. Users can select a specific employee from this list to view their detailed clocking information on the screen.
- The calendar feature is utilized to showcase the dates on which employees have clocked in, providing a visual representation of their attendance over specific periods.
- The calendar icon toggles the visibility of the calendar, allowing users to easily hide or display the calendar as needed for viewing employee clocking dates.
