Stock take
sBizzl provides an efficient stock-taking facility that helps businesses manage inventory accurately. Employees can count and track product stock easily using location-wise or product-wise methods. This system improves stock visibility, reduces errors, and helps organizations maintain better inventory control and operational efficiency.
- Navigate to Fulfillment > Stock take.
- Click on the Stock Take option to display the complete stock take list and manage inventory records efficiently.
Here's a breakdown of what each column might contain:
- Customer : The customer name column displays the customer associated with each stock take record for easy identification and tracking.
- Type : The type column shows whether the stock take process is product-wise or location-wise based on the selected inventory method.
- Start Date & Completed Date : The start date and completed date columns help users monitor stock take schedules and completion timelines efficiently.
- Status : The status column displays the current progress of the stock take, such as to do, in progress, or completed.
- Action :The action column provides Start and Edit options, and displays Add/Edit Product when selected products are included.
- Edit is used to modify stock take details when the stock take status is marked as To Do.
- Start is used to begin the stock take session and initiate the inventory counting process.
- Add/Edit Product is used to insert or update products when the stock take status is To Do and selected product mode is enabled.
Search Functionality
- The search box is used to quickly search and filter stock take records based on the selected customer name.
- Click on the filter icon to open the filter modal and apply specific conditions for stock take data filtering.
- Below, the filter modal is displayed to help users apply and manage stock take filtering options easily.
