WMS Stock Take
sBizzl provides a facility to perform stock counting using the WMS mobile application, allowing employees to scan products, count stock quantities, manage inventory by location, and update stock take data in real time for accurate and efficient warehouse inventory management.
- Click on Stock Take to navigate to the Stock Take list page, where available To Do and In Progress stock take records are displayed for stock counting activities.
- Below display the stock take list.
- The Stock Take list displays customer name, current active cycle, stock take start date, and stock take type details for each stock take record.
- Click on a particular stock take record to navigate to the Location List if the stock take type is Location Wise, or navigate to the Product List if the stock take type is Product Wise.
- If the stock take type is Location Wise, users can find and count products based on a particular warehouse location.
- If the stock take type is Product Wise, users can find and count products across multiple warehouse locations.
- Users can scan the location code to select a location automatically or manually click on a location to start stock counting.
- Two tabs are displayed: Pending and Completed for managing stock take counting status.
- Pending tab displays locations where product stock counting has not been completed yet.
- Completed tab displays locations where all products have been counted successfully during the stock take process.
- Click on a particular location to navigate to the product list for stock counting and inventory verification.
- Below display the product list.
- In this section, users can scan the product barcode or manually click on a product to start stock counting.
- A green tick mark indicates that the product has been counted successfully during the stock take process.
- Click on a particular product to navigate to the quantity count screen for entering stock count details.
- Above display the product quantity pick screen.
- In this screen, the selected location name and product name are displayed for stock counting reference.
- Users can scan the product barcode to increase the counted quantity by 1 automatically during stock counting.
- Users can click on the “-” and “+” buttons to decrease or increase the product count quantity during stock counting.
- The center section displays the current counting quantity entered during the stock take process.
- Click on the quantity field to open a numpad modal, allowing users to manually enter the stock count quantity.
- Click on the Save button to save the counted quantity for the selected product during the stock take process.
- Users can continuously count products one by one and complete stock counting location by location during the stock take session.
- Users can start the next stock take counting cycle using the web application after completing the current cycle.
