Sales Orders

The Sales Orders List in sBizzl provides a comprehensive overview of all sales orders, allowing users to efficiently manage and track orders. This list is essential for sales and customer service teams to monitor order statuses, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records. Customer: The name of the customer who placed the order.
  • Navigate to Commerce > Sales Orders.
  • After clicking on Sales Orders  the following list will be displayed:
  • Customer: The name of the customer who placed the order.
  • Delivery Address: The address where the order is to be delivered.
  • Code: A unique identifier assigned to each sales order for easy tracking and reference.
  • Branch: The branch or office responsible for processing the sales order.
  • Purchase Order Reference: The reference number of the purchase order related to the sales order.
  • Contact Person: The primary contact person for the sales order from the customer's side.
  • Sales Order Date: The date when the sales order was created and recorded.
  • Status: The current status of the sales order (e.g.,Draft Or Sales Order).
  • Memo: Additional notes or comments related to the sales order for further clarification.
  • Action: Sales order action refers to the available options for managing Sales Orders such as Edit, Clone, Delete, and Create Invoice to Sales Order management.
    • Edit: Allows authorized users to update the details of specific transactions. To know more about Sales Order edit.
    • Delete:

      • When utilizing the Delete function, users with the necessary permissions can remove a sales order from the system. It's important to note that only sales orders in the draft status are eligible for deletion. Upon selecting the delete option, users will encounter a confirmation dialogue box.
      • When the user clicks on the Delete button, the purchase order will be deleted. If the user wishes to cancel the process, they can simply click on the Cancel button or the “X” button to close the confirmation dialogue box.
    • Clone: To clone a transaction seamlessly, click on the ▼ beside the Edit option in the action column and select the Clone option. In the window that opens with pre-filled data, users can make necessary changes if desired and then click on Save or Save and Send. This action will create a copy of an existing Sales Order.
      • After clicking on "clone," the following window will open.
      • Click on "Save" or "Save and Confirm" to create a duplicate copy of the sales order.
    • Create Invoice: 
      • When selecting 'Create Invoice’ from the action column, the 'Add Invoice ‘window will open, pre-filled with customer name, address, Invoice and due dates, and product details. Users have the option to modify or add details as needed, and upon clicking 'Save,' a Invoice will be created from the Sales order list. (Learn more about Add Invoice)
Search Functionality:
  • By incorporating remarkable search functionality within the Sales Order list sBizzl empowers users to quickly find the information they need within your transactions lists effortlessly.
  • A search bar at the top of the list allows users to type keywords like Vendor, Code, and Memo. The list should update dynamically, displaying only records that match the search criteria, often with the ability to sort by various criteria.
CSV Export (Export Transactions):
You can export a CSV file of all the transactions at one click.
The CSV export will contain the following transaction details:
  • Code
  • Branch
  • Purchase Order Reference
  • Contact Person
  • Customer
  • Delivery Address
  • Status
  • Sales Order Date
  • Sub total 
  • Memo
Filters:
  • Filters are very powerful flexible tools used to filter data based on criteria.
  • To apply advanced filtering, click on the Filter icon shown below:
  • After clicking on the Filter icon, the Right panel will open as shown below in the figure:
  • Date: Users can select the date option based on their requirements. 
    • All: Displays all the sales orders.
    • Last Year: Displays last year’s sales orders.
    • Last Month: Displays the last month’s sales orders.
    • Custom Date: Select the from date and to date fields to display the sales orders within the selected date range.
  • Grouping: Users can group data by customer or status.
  • Add: The Add button allows users to save specific filters for future use in the list.
  • Apply: The Apply button is used to apply the selected filters and display the relevant results on the list.
